After the specialists of international resort Whistler (Canada) www.whistlerblackcomb.com had visited Bukovel and signed the agreement of intent, Tom Prochazka, the Director of “Gravity Logic” company (www.whistlergravitylogic.com) arrived to Ukraine to develop the model and calculate expenses. He worked out the design of three trails of different comlexity and total length of11 km, and the work schedule for the year of 2008 including the construction of two trails total 8.5 km long.

08.07.08 – 20 workers of TC “Bukovel” under the supervision of Tom Prochazka and Yaroslav Lukan, the Director and founder of bike park in Check Republic (www.spicak.cz) started construction of the first trail for beginners, about 3600 meters long. They plan to finish works till 30.07.08.

For construction of the second trail of higher complexity, for excavation, ground conditioning and topsoiling works supervising we plan to engage Steve Pete (Gravity Logic). Final completion of two trails is planned til 01.09.08. Official openning of Bike Park will take place on 01.10.08. At the moment we negotiate with Kona Bikes company (http://www.konaworld.com) about including Bukovel into the international network of Kona Parks.
